Sattva means happiness through life balance.

Since 2016, I’ve been helping my clients find their optimal wellness through developing a deeper understanding of their habits and lifestyle choices. As a certified Ayurveda and Yoga Specialist, a 500 hour RYT yoga teacher,  and a plant based chef with a doctorate in education,  I aim to create a life balance that prioritizes your well-being and celebrates all aspects of your true self. It’s time to start nurturing your body and soul again. Yoga, Ayurveda, mindfulness, meditation, routine and healthy cooked, fresh, seasonal food will assist in finding a healthy balance in all that you do.
